Njomza Arifi is a Program Manager at the Group for Legal and Political Studies (GLPS). In her position, she also directly engages with Kosovo institutions, local government, civil society organizations, and donors, both in Kosovo and regionally. With more than 10 years of experience, Njomza was directly engaged in the strategic management and implementation of different major projects for Kosovo institutions, international organizations, and civil society. Prior to joining GLPS, she was a Senior Project Manager at Management Development Associates (MDA), where she was involved in the planning, management, and monitoring of projects funded by the European Union Office in Kosovo, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), USAID, and other donor organizations in Kosovo. Njomza has a BA in Business Administration with a degree in Marketing from the South East European (SEE) University in Macedonia and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Local Economic Development at the same university.
