Pamela Hart has a master's degree from Harvard University and a bachelor's degree in psychology and non-verbal behavior from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. Shannon O'Connell is a facilitator, trainer and consultant specializing in political party and organizational development, with a particular focus on women's political participation and leadership. Shannon has extensive experience in politics, having worked on more than two dozen electoral campaigns and as a policy and strategic advisor to elected officials and political party leaders in both government and opposition. She has worked in more than 15 countries with the National Democratic Institute and was Country Director for NDI's programs in the West Bank and Gaza from 2003-2005. Shannon resides in Northern Ireland with her husband and two children.
