Pamela Hart

Pamela Hart can teach anyone to feel comfortable speaking in public. She is the founder of Release Your Voice, a communications, presentation and public relations firm in Vancouver, and an expert in media relations, media training and planning, international public relations, public speaking, and leadership. Trained in the art of language, public speaking and public relations, Hart has more than 20 years of experience speaking to audiences. She also has extensive experience in planning and developing communications and public relations strategies for public and private organizations in New York, Vancouver and Venezuela. Pamela Hart has a master's degree from Harvard University and a bachelor's degree in psychology and non-verbal behavior from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. She also has an advanced studies degree from Oxford.

Shannon O'Connellt

Shannon O'Connell is a facilitator, trainer and consultant specializing in political party and organizational development, with a particular focus on women's political participation and leadership. Shannon has extensive experience in politics, having worked on more than two dozen electoral campaigns and as a policy and strategic advisor to elected officials and political party leaders in both government and opposition. She has worked in more than 15 countries with the National Democratic Institute and was Country Director for NDI's programs in the West Bank and Gaza from 2003-2005. Shannon resides in Northern Ireland with her husband and two children.
